Police looking for two males in robbery investigation

The Odessa Police Department is searching for two males in connection to a robbery at Albertsons in July.

OPD spokesperson Cpl. Steve LeSueur said over the phone the incident occurred at 6:48 p.m. July 10 at Albertsons, 1350 E. Eighth St.

Two men concealed merchandise and exited the store without making any attempt to pay, an OPD news release stated. When an Albertsons employee confronted the two men about the unpaid merchandise, the younger man grabbed the employee’s arm and twisted it before pushing her, the release detailed.

Both men fled the scene in a gray Ford Ranger. The Albertsons employee sustained bodily injury on her arm, the release stated.
