FLORENCE, Italy (AP) _ U.S. teams won two gold medals and one silver Friday in junior events at the World Indoor Archery Championships.

The trio of Chris Glass, Ariel Heller and Ross Pulliam won the men's team compound, edging Sweden 257-256 in the finals.

Marleigh Bogumil, Anber Dawson and Jessica Grant won the women's team compound title by beating Italy 258-236.

In the women's junior teams recurve finals, Amy Green, Kristi Nelson and Roxane Reiman finished second with 241 points. Ukraine won the gold with 258.

Ukraine also won the men's teams recurve title, defeating France 260-258. Russia beat Germany for the bronze.

Individual titles for juniors and seniors are at stake in the final day of competition Saturday.
