Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. Declares Quarterly Dividend Increase
WOOSTER, Ohio, March 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wayne Savings Bancshares, Inc. (OTCQX:WAYN), (the “Company”), the holding company parent of Wayne Savings Community Bank (the “Bank”), has declared a cash dividend increase of $0.01 to $0.17 per share of the Company’s common stock for the quarter ending March 31, 2019. This represents an increase of $0.08, or 89%, from the September 30, 2017 dividend of $0.09. The quarterly cash dividend will be paid on May 1, 2019 to stockholders of record as of April 17, 2019.
