HUNTINGTON - The following information was provided by criminal complaints filed at the Cabell County Magistrate Court:
CONSPIRACY: One person was arrested in connection with distributing heroin in the 1800 block of West 5th Avenue in Huntington.
Richard D. Cremeans, 43, was jailed at 5:50 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with delivery of a controlled substance. Bond was $30,000.
According to the complaint, a confidential informant allegedly purchased a substance suspected to be heroin from an individual on June 7 at Cremeans’ residence on West 5th Avenue. Cremeans allegedly permitted the informant entry into the residence and directed them to the individual from which the heroin was purchased.

Fugitive from justice, warrant service/execution, 8:55 p.m. Thursday, 2800 block of 3rd Avenue.
Petit larceny, 3:42 p.m. Thursday, 1500 block of McCoy Road.
Intoxicating substances, prohibited acts, 3:42 p.m. Thursday, 1500 block of McCoy Road.
Warrant service/execution, 1:50 p.m. Thursday, 300 block of 9th Street.
Petit larceny, 7 a.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of Jefferson Avenue.
Found property, 11:47 a.m. Thursday, 1000 block of 7th Avenue.
Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 3 p.m. Aug. 12, 900 block of West 9th Street.
Fleeing in vehicle, fleeing from officer, no vehicle, 3:43 a.m. Thursday, 22nd Street and 10th Avenue.
Defective/improper equipment, driving under suspension or revocation, possession, 2:17 a.m. Thursday, West 7th Street and Adams Avenue.
Intoxication or drinking in public places, trespassing, 12:50 a.m. Thursday, 700 block of 6th Avenue.
The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:
James Orville Edwards, 32, was jailed at 3:15 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Mason County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.
Norman Gene Lucas, 34, was jailed at 5 p.m. Thursday. Authorities in Wayne County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.
