Mary Lou Westphal, 84, Lomira

Mary Lou Westphal, 84, Lomira, passed away peacefully Saturday, April 27, 2019, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac with her family by her side.

Mary Lou was born the daughter of Raymond ‘Jim’ and Pearlamae (Pilsner) Rediske on Feb. 5, 1935, in Mayville. Mary Lou was united in marriage to Vince Priessnitz in 1954. She had worked for Purity Cheese and TAB Products. In her spare time, Mary Lou enjoyed traveling and especially fun trips with her good friend LaVern Schrab. She also loved the holidays and decorating for them. Mary Lou enjoyed gardening, flowers and spending time with her family.

Mary Lou is survived by her children, Debbie (David) Eaton of Kekoskee, La Donna (David) Belisle of Kekoskee, Vincent (Christina) Priessnitz of Lomira, and James (Dixie) Priessnitz of Wisconsin Dells; her very special sister, Marge (Leon) Finke of Mayville; her sister-in-law, Karen Rediske; stepbrothers, Gary Goyette and Jack Egner; her grandchildren, Alena, Dustin (Cassie) Jeffery (Tina), Dave, Chad (Amy), Shane, Becka, Weston (Nicole), Brad (Keri), and Barry; her 18 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vince; a daughter in infancy; and her brother, William.

A memorial service for will take place Saturday, May 4, at noon at Koepsell Funeral Home in Mayville with the Rev. Sandra Schieble officiating. A visitation will take place from 10 a.m. until the time of the service Saturday at noon at the funeral home. Inurnment will take place at a later date at St. Mary Cemetery in Mayville.
