Logan man sentenced on sex with minor, drug charges
A 29-year-old man from Logan will be serving additional time in prison after pleading guilty to giving drugs to an underage girl and engaging in sexual activity with her.
Oswaldo Vidrio was charged with raping a teen girl at Benson Marina in March this year. According to his attorney, Bryan Galloway, Vidrio acknowledged having sex with the girl but has consistently denied forcing himself upon her.
Vidrio was ordered to serve 1 to 15 years in prison for distribution of a controlled substance, a second-degree felony, and zero to five years for unlawful sexual activity with a 16- or 17-year-old, a third-degree felony.
Those two terms will be served concurrently, but consecutive to the sentence he’s currently serving on unrelated charges.
