FARGO, N.D. _ North Dakota’s first medical marijuana dispensary opens for business Friday, more than two years after voters approved a drug that legislators wouldn’t. Buyers who visit The Botanist in Fargo will step into a stylish, stark space with the feel of a spa or salon, with the product available as dried leaves and flowers or in concentrate form.
