AUSTIN, Texas (AP) _ A fire broke out early Tuesday at a private high-rise dormitory for University of Texas students, injuring at least two people.

The three-alarm blaze was reported about 6:30 a.m. at the deluxe student residence called University Towers.

Paramedics said one of the patients being treated at the scene suffered from extensive burns. Firefighters evacuated an undetermined number of students from the structure.
