Colony Capital: 2Q Earnings Snapshot
LOS ANGELES (AP) _ Colony Capital (CLNY) on Wednesday reported a second-quarter loss of $65.4 million, after reporting a profit in the same period a year earlier.
The Los Angeles-based company said it had a loss of 19 cents per share. Earnings, adjusted to account for discontinued operations, were 18 cents per share.
The provider of asset management services to NorthStar Realty Finance Corp. posted revenue of $689.6 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $44.2 million.
Colony Capital shares have decreased 46 percent since the beginning of the year. The stock has dropped 58 percent in the last 12 months.
