WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Charles Leroy Bohnsack, 66, was arrested Feb. 19 in the desert area behind Home Depot, 660 Highway 95, on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

FORGERY, BULLHEAD CITY — Michelle Wasserleben, 51, was arrested Feb. 19 after she reportedly passed a forged stolen check at Wells Fargo Bank, 1775 Lakeside Drive. She was arrested on suspicion of forgery and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Kevin Lavelle Riggs, 29, was arrested Feb. 19 near the intersection of Arroyo Vista Drive and Jo Anne Avenue on Fort Mohave Tribal warrants for pre-adjudication and failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Nicholas Alfonso Heredia, 32, was arrested Feb. 19 in the 1700 block of Highway 95 after he reportedly assaulted his live-in girlfriend, causing substantial injury to her face. Heredia also reportedly wrapped his arm around the neck of the victim, causing her to fear that she would lose consciousness. The victim was taken to Western Arizona Regional Medical Center for treatment. Heredia was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Anne Catherine Hai, 38, was arrested Feb. 20 in the 2200 block of Trane Road on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Daniel Dean Bowersox, 35, was arrested Feb. 20 at the intersection of Riverside Drive and Castleberry Lane on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT, BULLHEAD CITY — Elizabeth Ann Hanusch, 65, was arrested Feb. 20 in the 2400 block of Ridge View Drive after police attempted to take her to the hospital for a mental evaluation. Police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said they wanted to take Hanusch because of concerning (suicidal) statements she was making. When officers attempted to assist her, Hanusch reportedly fought them, causing a minor injury to an officer. Hanusch was arrested on suspicion of aggravated assault on a police officer and taken to WARMC. After the evaluation, she was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Cordell Lee Gowdy, 55, was arrested Wednesday after emergency crews were called to a parking lot in the 2800 block of Highway 95 for a report of a stabbing. Investigators learned that Gowdy got into an argument with another male transient, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Gowdy reportedly struck the other man in the head with a rock. When Gowdy came at him again, she said, the other man stabbed him with a knife. Each was treated at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center and released. Gowdy was booked on suspicion of aggravated assault and disorderly conduct with a deadly weapon. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

FALSE INFORMATION, BULLHEAD CITY — Kevin Shawn Stubbs, 32, was arrested Feb. 16 in the 1600 block of Highway 95 after a traffic stop on a vehicle in which he was a passenger. He reportedly lied about his name to avoid an arrest on a warrant. The warrant was non-extraditable, Fromelt said. Stubbs was cited for providing false information to a law enforcement officer and released.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE/DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Eric Contrell Hill, 26, was arrested Feb. 18 after police were called to the 2000 block of Clearwater Drive for a criminal damage report. There had been a man throwing rocks at cars and breaking windows, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. The front entrance to a pool store was smashed by a rock, she said, and officers found a vehicle with a broken back window. Police found Hill in the 600 block of Hancock Road, where he was booked on suspicion of criminal damage and disorderly conduct. Hill was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Amanda Rose Boske, 37, was arrested Feb. 18 in the 1000 block of Jocabima Drive on three outstanding probation violation warrants (two out of Mohave County and one out of Nevada). Her boyfriend, 37-year-old Jeremiah Adam Hunsaker, reportedly got into a domestic dispute with Boske and broke a cell phone. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal damage per domestic violence. They were taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
