_ FATAL WRECK-SOUTH CAROLINA _ Funeral services are scheduled in Jersey City for four children killed in a car crash in South Carolina this month.

_ HUMPBACK WHALE-ASHORE _ The director of a marine research institute says the juvenile female humpback whale that washed ashore in Delaware was likely killed by a boat strike.

_ CARJACKING CONVICTIONS _ Two men are facing at least 10 years in prison after they were convicted of the armed carjacking of a woman two years ago.

_ DELAWARE MEMORIAL BRIDGE-TOLLS _ The Delaware River and Bay Authority has adopted a new toll schedule that will increase rates from $4 to $5 for cars and small trucks, beginning March 1.

_ NEWARK-ABUSE CHARGES _ Five out of six adults charged with severely beating a 3-year-old boy in New Jersey have pleaded not guilty.

_ ENDANGERED WHALES _ The federal government is using a pair of protective zones to try to assist large aggregations of rare whales off the East Coast.
