PORT CHARLOTTE, Fla. (AP) _ Tommy Hinzo hit a three-run homer and four Texas pitchers combined on a four-hitter Thursday as the Rangers beat the Toronto Blue Jays 5-2.

Hinzo, sidelined earlier this spring with an injured left shin, hit his first homer during a four-run second inning.

David Rolls led off with a double and Miguel Sabino walked. Osmani Estrada hit an RBI double and Hinzo followed with a two-out shot off Pat Tilmon.

Tom Arrington (2-0) started and worked four innings for Texas. He allowed two hits and no walks while striking out four.

Rob Wishnevski, sidelined for part of the spring with tendinitis in his right shoulder, pitched two perfect innings for Texas. He has retired all nine batters he’s faced during exhibition play.
