DENVER — A judge on Friday entered a not guilty plea on behalf of a man charged with opening fire and killing three people at a crowded suburban Denver Walmart. DENVER — Federal water managers say the chances of a shortage in the vital Colorado River system have risen to 57 percent by 2020.
