Longmont Police Notes: Burglary on Griffith Place

Longmont police took a report of a burglary that took place Friday in the 1900 block of Griffith Place. Police dispatch advised that a family member arrived at the residence and found things to be missing and a window broken out.

A Longmont resident reported criminal mischief Friday in the 1200 block of Main Street. The case is closed due to the lack of suspect information.

Longmont police investigated a fight Friday in the 1000 block of Button Rock Drive. Two juvenile males were cited.

At about 1:20 a.m. Friday , Longmont police conducted an extra patrol in the 900 block of Longs Peak Avenue. A man was issued a summons for a parks ordinance violation.

Officers took a report Friday of a juvenile male in possession of an alcoholic beverage in the 600 block of E. Mountain View Avenue. He was issued a municipal summons.

Longmont police received a report Friday of a possible restraining order violation that occurred Dec. 20, at a business in the 1000 block of S. Hover Street. There was insufficient evidence to establish probable cause and the case was closed.
