ARSHS Students Prep for ‘Being Earnest’

AYER -- Ayer Shirley Regional High School is kicking of its 2018-19 comical season with the Oscar Wilde favorite, “The Importance of Being Earnest.”

JulieAnn Govang will direct the production of the timeless classic -- an unmissable opportunity to see what the London Telegraph calls “the most perfect comedy in the English language.”

Performances are scheduled for Friday, Nov. 30, at 7:30 p.m., and Saturday, Dec. 1, at 2:30 and 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8 general admission, $5 for students and seniors, and are available at the door or at Hazen Memorial Library in Shirley.
