NEW YORK (AP) _ An airliner from Moscow was met by federal agents as it landed in New York on Wednesday so officials could interview a passenger on board, an FBI spokesman said.

FBI spokesman Joe Valiquette said there were no reports of injuries on the plane. He would not release details about the man or say why authorities wanted to speak with him.

Valiquette said the Aeroflot plane landed at about 2 p.m. at John F. Kennedy International Airport. Agents from the FBI, Customs and the Port Authority police met the plane.

Further details were not immediately available.
