GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) _ Scott Hartzell was 5-of-6 from 3-point range and Eric Cuthrell grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked six shots as North Carolina-Greensboro cruised to 89-62 victory Saturday over Radford.

Hartzell, who finished with a game-high 21 points, hit consecutive scores from behind the arc to give the Spartans a commanding 79-54 lead with 4:31 to play.

North Carolina-Greensboro (14-3, 7-1 Big South Conference) connected on 10 of 19 shots from 3-point range while holding the league’s top-rated shooting team to 32 percent from the field for the game.

Radford’s inside attack was hampered by foul trouble. Antoine Dalton scored 10 points, but he had to play with four fouls for the final 17:23. Chris Harvey was limited to two points in 23 minutes of play before fouling out.

The Highlanders (9-8, 3-5) were led by Anthony Walker with 15 points and Kevin Robinson with 13 points and 10 rebounds.

Freshman Derrick Nix scored a career-high 15 points for the Spartans, while Jonathan Clifton added 12.
