Mobile food pantry active in November

The Northern Illinois Food Bank will be hosting multiple mobile pantries through the month of November. All of the events listed below are open to the public on a first come, first served basis, and people are encouraged to bring boxes or bags to help them carry the food available, mostly non-perishable goods.

To see the full pantry calendar and get a list of pantry sites, visit solvehungertoday.org. There is also help available for those eligible for Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.

Nov. 12, 4 p.m.-6 p.m. - White Oak Library-Romeoville Branch, 201 W Normantown Rd., Romeoville
