Two brothers shot earlier this month now face felony charges for breaking into a Tecumseh man’s home wanting to beat him up.

Kolton Bridgewater, 26, and Levi Bridgewater, 20, both stand accused of burglary and attempted second-degree assault.

Kolton Bridgewater also faces a charge of terroristic threats; and Levi Bridgewater a charge of use of a deadly weapon to commit a felony, according to court records.

Both are from Brownville.

Johnson County Sheriff’s deputies arrested their father, Kenneth Bridgewater, on the night of the shooting. But he hasn’t been charged.
