Tampa Bay defenseman Petr Svoboda was placed on injured reserve Monday with a pinched nerve in his neck. Svoboda was injured during the Lightning's 2-1 victory over Florida on Friday night.
Eric Lindros has been cleared to play, six months after being knocked out of the Stanley Cup playoffs with his latest concussion. Dr. James Kelly said Lindros could be ready in weeks.
