Pramata Honored by Employees on Comparably as a Best Company for Women and a Best Company for Diversity

December 18, 2018

BRISBANE, Calif., Dec. 18, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Pramata, the leading commercial relationship operations company, today announced it has been recognized by Comparably for being both a top company for women and a top company for diversity in 2018. Pramata was one of only 75 U.S. companies selected based on employee feedback given to career-data company Comparably. Employees of “Best companies for women” and “Best companies for diversity” gave their workplaces high marks in areas including compensation, leadership, opportunities for advancement, and benefits.

“Diversity is a key value of mine and of Pramata’s, and it says a lot that the awards are determined not by external judges but the Pramata team members doing the incredible work we do here every day,” said Praful Saklani, CEO, Pramata Corp. “The best ideas only come to light when you engage a widely diverse team and create an environment where everyone is heard – it just so happens that is also the kind of environment where the best people want to work as well.”

“Developing a culture that promotes diversity and the parity of women in the workforce should be the standard for all employers,” said Jason Nazar, Comparably CEO. “They serve as examples for what workplaces should be like for everyone.”

Earlier in 2018, Pramata CEO Praful Saklani was recognized by Comparably as a “Best CEO for Diversity” and a “Best CEO for Women” based on anonymous feedback to the Comparably website.

In October, Pramata launched the latest version of their commercial relationship platform which helps large B2B enterprises identify and eliminate revenue leakage using a deeper understanding of their customer relationships.
