HUNTINGTON — Another man has been arrested in connection with a January robbery in which a man was allegedly held at gunpoint after being tricked by a woman.

Micah D. Billups, 20; Peyton Mackenzie Black, 18; and Tyree Ky-ron Hendricks, 19, have all been charged with first-degree robbery. Hendricks is also charged with a misdemeanor count of battery.

Black and Hendricks were jailed Jan. 17, while Billups was arrested Tuesday afternoon.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court by Huntington Police Detective Andre Jackson, a victim told police at about 6:30 p.m. Jan. 15 he had picked up Black in the 1800 block of 7th Avenue in Huntington before driving to a local gas station and then returning to the address.

The pair sat in the vehicle and talked for about five minutes before two men identified as Billups and Hendricks approached. The men allegedly demanded everything the victim had while pointing a firearm at him.

Inside the vehicle, Black allegedly opened the glove box to retrieve the victim’s firearm while saying “I’m sorry,” before she exited the vehicle and fled the area with the two other suspects.
