Gray brothers lock down for Scotland vs Argentina
EDINBURGH, Scotland (AP) — Scotland paired brothers Richie and Jonny Gray in the second row and also gave highly rated center Mark Bennett his debut for Saturday’s test match against Argentina at Murrayfield.
It’s the first time the two Grays have been selected together for their country, with 20-year-old Jonny Gray one of 10 Glasgow players in the starting lineup.
Another is the 21-year-old Bennett, who played under recently hired Scotland coach Vern Cotter when they were both at French giant Clermont-Auvergne.
Scotland, which also plays New Zealand and Tonga in the autumn tests, has lost 10 of its last 13 home internationals.
