‘The Magnificent Seven’ rides onto SCERA screen
“The Magnificent Seven” tells the story of an oppressed Mexican village that hires seven American gunslingers to defend its homes.
The film is not rated and runs at two hours and eight minutes long. Those who attend the screening will receive a free small bag of popcorn, according to the SCERA.
The Cinema Classics Series aims to show a variety of favorite films from the past, including musicals, comedies, romances, Westerns, war epics and dramas.
The movie will show on Tuesday at 10 a.m. at the SCERA Center for the Arts’ Clarke Grand Theatre at 745 S. State St. in Orem. Admission costs $2 per person for adults, and no children are allowed. Tickets will be available at the door 30 minutes before the show begins.
