Speed, agility and conditioning camp

Athletic trainers from Orthopedics & Sports Medicine at Watertown Regional Medical Center will be hosting a speed, agility and conditioning camp for youths ages 12 and up beginning June 10. The five-week program is designed to improve an athlete’s performance and achieve their highest potential.

The camp is run by licensed athletic trainers Noah Eckl, Maddy Jones and Aimee Krysiak. A few goals of the camp is to decrease the risk of injury, decrease 40-yard dash time, increase vertical jump ability and improve sprint mechanics.

The camp will begin on Monday-Thursday beginning June 10 and running through July 19 (no camp the week of July 1). The cost is $35 per student and will be held at Luther Preparatory School in Watertown. To register visit watertownregional.com/SpeedandAgility or call 920-262-4220.
