5 jailed in separate burglaries

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by criminal complaints filed in Cabell County Magistrate Court:

BURGLARY: Three people were arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred Tuesday evening in the 900 block of Jackson Avenue in Huntington.

Teaven Marie Hay-Lemaster, 24, Jeffrey Keith Parker, 26, and David Lee Stull, 32, were jailed at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged them with burglary. Bond was $25,000 cash-only for all three suspects.

According to the complaint, the three were located hiding in a crawl space in the attic of the residence and there were signs of fresh damage and unknown missing items from the residence.

BURGLARY: Two people were arrested in connection with a burglary that occurred at approximately 3:51 a.m. Wednesday at an apartment in the 600 block of 4th Street in Huntington.

Tasha Lynn Adkins, 32, was jailed at 5:50 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with burglary. Bond was not set.

Deana K. Arrington, 39, was jailed at 5:05 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged her with burglary. Bond was not set.

According to the complaint, the two suspects gained entry to the apartment by breaking a rear window. The owner told police a Samsung television and an Xbox 360 were missing and some of her clothing had been placed into bags.

The Huntington Police Department listed 18 new incident reports in the 24-hour period end i ng at 3 p.m. Wednesday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Brandishing, battery, burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 4:40 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of 14th Street.

Destruction of property — misdemeanor, burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, 600 block of 4th Street.

Deceased person, 3:30 a.m. Wednesday, 400 block of 8th Street.

Strangulation, domestic battery, 2:20 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of West 9th Avenue.

Shoplifting — first and second offense, 3:08 p.m. Tuesday, 100 block of 5th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 1:06 a.m. Wednesday, 2nd Street and 8th Avenue.

Destruction of property — misdemeanor, 10:21 p.m. Tuesday, 100 block of Olive Street.

Obscenity, pornographic live conduct, 4:29 p.m. Tuesday, 2900 block of 5th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 6:40 p.m. Tuesday, 900 block of Jackson Avenue.

Destruction of property — misdemeanor, 1 a.m. Tuesday, 200 block of Buffington Street, Guyandotte.

Suspended/revoked license — DUI first and second offense, distracted driving, 3:50 p.m. Tuesday, 3rd Avenue and 2nd Street.

Battery of a police officer, firefighter or EMS, 3 p.m. Tuesday, Carson Street and Bradley Road.

Failure to process/fingerprint, obstructing officer, destruction of property — misdemeanor, 2:55 p.m. Tuesday, 600 block of 10th Street.

Battery on EMS, public health official or government official, 7 p.m. Monday, 2900 block of 1st Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, 1:32 a.m. Tuesday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue.

Battery, midnight Tuesday, 600 block of 4th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 12:05 a.m. Tuesday, 1500 block of 6th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 11:33 p.m. Monday, 17th Street and 6th Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Clint Johnny White, 31, was jailed at 4:05 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with strangulation and domestic battery. Bond was not set.

Donald Garry Hardway, 43, was jailed at 9 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Mason County charged him with two counts of failure to register as a sex offender. Bond was not set.

Jordan Alexander Followay, 28, was jailed at 11 p.m. Tuesday. Authorities in Wayne County charged her with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.
