Omaha man arrested for drugs after reportedly passing out in restroom
NORFOLK — On Monday, Norfolk Police and Norfolk Rescue were dispatched to Target, 1510 Market
Lane, for an unconscious man in the restroom.
Capt. Mike Bauer said police found the man, identified as 29-year-old Brock Booker of
Omaha, awake and talking to Target employees near the exit of the store.
A Norfolk officer saw a hypodermic syringe that Booker indicated contained cocaine. Booker was placed under arrest for possession of a controlled substance — cocaine.
During a subsequent search, police found a small container with a white crystalline substance that field tested positive for cocaine.
Booker was transported to Faith Regional Health Services for observation and released on bond.
