MOTOR VEHICLE THEFT/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Jessica Dawn Pratt, 39, and Danielle Ariel Giannotti, 31, were arrested March 4 in the 3600 block of Highway 95 after officers reportedly spotted them in a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Kingman. In Pratt’s purse, police reportedly found some paraphernalia associated with the use of heroin. In Giannotti’s purse, officers reportedly found located several used syringes. More drug paraphernalia was found in the stolen vehicle, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said. Each was arrested on suspicion of theft of means of transportation and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DOG AT LARGE, BULLHEAD CITY — Jeff Alexander Groeneveld, 56 was cited March 6 for having a dog at large, having an unlicensed dog and failure to attach tags.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Felix Albarran, 29, was arrested March 6 in the 800 block of Holly Street after he reportedly grabbed his girlfriend by her arm and wrestled her to the ground when she attempted to leave their home. The assault caused multiple scratches on the victim’s body, police spokeswoman Angie Abbott said. Albarran was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct per domestic violence and assault per domestic violence and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for contempt of court. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Julie Ann Crawford, 37, was arrested March 6 at the intersection of Thunderbird Lane and Colorado Boulevard on an outstanding felony warrant for a probation violation. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — Julie Ann Crawford, 37, was arrested March 2 after she reportedly went to a location in the 1900 block of Clearwater Drive to which she had been told to not go. Abbott said Crawford entered the residence and contacted the resident. She was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing in the first degree and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Joseph Calvin Lapeer, 62, was arrested March 7 in the 2000 block of Commercial Way after being stopped for a traffic violation while riding a bicycle. A check showed that he had two outstanding warrants for failure to pay fines. Lapeer reportedly had drug paraphernalia on him. He was arrested on the warrants and on suspicion of possession of drug paraphernalia and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

CRIMINAL TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — Zachary Sinclair Petitt, 40, was arrested March 7 in the 1200 block of Marina Boulevard after he reportedly unlawfully entered the police department’s secured parking lot. He was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespassing in the first degree and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Paul Henry Lackey, 32, was arrested March 8 in the 1000 block of Papago Drive on an outstanding warrant for criminal damage and disorderly conduct. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Chase Gilbert Big Joe, 32, was arrested March 8 in the 1600 block of Newberry Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was arrested and held for court.

BURNING/CRIMINAL TRESPASSING, BULLHEAD CITY — Gerald Kenneth Safran, 70, was arrested March 10 after being contacted by officers investigating a report of a brush fire in the 900 block of Highway 95. Another report mentioned more fires, while a third mentioned a subject starting yet another fire, police spokeswoman Carina Spotts said. When officers contacted Safran, he reportedly had a pile of sticks on fire. He was arrested on suspicion of burning of wildlands and criminal trespassing in the third degree. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DUI ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Gabriel Acosta, 30, was arrested March 10 after police responded to a call concerning a vehicle swerving in and out of traffic at the intersection of Country Club Drive and Meadows Drive. Upon arrival, Spotts said, officers noted a vehicle with damage to the right-side front and rear tires, idling in the roadway. Officers reportedly detected a smell of alcohol on the driver, Acosta. He was arrested on suspicion of DUI to the slightest degree, DUI, extreme DUI and super extreme DUI Acosta was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

AGGRAVATED ASSAULT/AGGRAVATED HARASSMENT/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Jason Michael Lutzenberg, 38, was arrested March 10 after being contacted by officers in the 2100 block of Riviera Boulevard. A check showed that he had an outstanding felony warrant for two counts of aggravated assault per domestic violence and aggravated harassment per domestic violence and an outstanding a misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
