Bullhead City woman accused of drug sales
BULLHEAD CITY — A Bullhead City woman was arrested Friday after a search of her residence revealed methamphetamine, narcotics and drug paraphernalia.
Deanna Lyn Swearman, 31, was arrested on suspicion of dangerous drugs for sale, possession of dangerous drugs, possession of narcotics and possession of drug paraphernalia.
She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
Detectives from the Mohave Area General Narcotics Enforcement Team executed a search warrant at Swearman’s residence in the 2100 block of Clearwater Drive late Friday morning. The search warrant was the product of an ongoing narcotic sales investigation, according to the Bullhead City Police Department.
A search uncovered about 2.78 grams (about a tenth of an ounce) of methamphetamine, several narcotic pills and drug paraphernalia items that included a digital scale and a meth pipe.
The Arizona Department of Child Safety took custody of Swearman’s infant, who was in the residence when MAGNET detectives served the warrant.
