LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) _ Freshman Angie Halbleib scored 28 points as No. 15 Kansas took advantage of 26 turnovers by Oral Roberts to win 94-66 Friday night in the first round of the Dial Classic.

The Jayhawks (3-0) scored 31 points off the turnovers.

Kansas took a 49-32 lead at halftime. Oral Roberts (1-2) got within 11 points with 12:34 to go in the game, but Ericka Muncy made two steals to spark a 7-0 Kansas run.

Freshman Jennifer Trapp added 13 points for Kansas. Lisa Curliss led Oral Roberts with 12 points.
