New director named at STEM+M Early College High School
SOUTH POINT, Ohio — Tri-State STEM+M Early College High School recently named Gary Robinson as its new director.
Robinson has worked in the educational field for 30 years and says in a press release he is dedicated to the field of education. He has been held the office of president of various state organizations and his most recent administrative experience was at Pickaway-Ross CTC as the dean of students.
Robinson received his undergraduate degree from Ohio University and his master’s degrees from Morehead University. He is presently working on his doctorate in School Administration Leadership.
“Along with the teachers and staff, I will work to continue building strong relationships with parents, students and community partners as well as with our local school districts. We will focus on High Quality Performance Based Assessments, college entrance scores and student college scholarships. We will use student data to drive instruction and to provide consistent implementation of the curriculum in a rigorous manner so that we can continue to increase students’ achievement,” Robinson said in a press release.
