The longtime officer and chief has a blood disorder and prostate cancer, according to organizers.

The drive will be held between 1 to 6 p.m. in the Forks Zion Lutheran Church, 253 Forks Church Road, Gilpin.

Lebetz is a 32-year resident of the borough.

He has been in law enforcement for 20 years.
