Theft — Police received a report of a key not returned to a business in the 300 block of Seippel Boulevard at 12:59 p.m. on Friday.

Accident — Police responded to a vehicle hitting a school bus in the 500 block of Gould Street at 3:25 p.m. on Friday. The damage was minor with paint transfer.

Accident — Police responded to a report of damage done to a parked vehicle in the 200 block of South Center Street at 4:24 p.m. on Friday.

Fight — Police responded to a fight at the high school football game at 7:52 p.m. on Friday. Both involved received a citation for disorderly conduct.

Noise complaint — Police received an anonymous noise complaint in the 800 block of South Lincoln Avenue at 9:44 p.m. on Friday. The tenant was notified.

Fight — A caller reported a physical altercation between two men at Lincoln Park at 12:16 a.m. on Saturday. Police made contact with a man and a woman and found it was a verbal issue.

Accident — Police responded to a two-vehicle accident in the 100 block of Industrial Drive at 1:13 a.m. on Saturday.

Theft — Police received a report of a 1972 Phillips bicycle stolen from the 200 block of North Street at 11:10 a.m. on Saturday.

Neighbor dispute — A woman reported her neighbor was sand-blasting without proper equipment in the 500 block of West Street at 2:53 p.m. on Saturday.

Accident — Police responded to a car accident in the intersection of North Spring Street and Industrial Drive at 4:15 p.m. on Saturday.

Accident — Police responded to a car accident in a parking lot in the 1700 block of North Spring Street at 5:45 p.m. on Saturday.

Animal complaint — Police received a tip of subjects keeping too many fish around the intersection of Cooper Street and Myrtle Road at 6:50 p.m. on Saturday.

Noise complaint — Police responded to complaint of children jumping up and down and loud music in the 200 block of Madison Street at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. An officer made contact with an adult.

Intoxicated driver — An employee at McDonald’s, 840 Park Ave., reported a woman in a Jeep harassing other patrons and driving erratically at 2:33 a.m. on Sunday. Police later conducted a traffic stop with her and a male passenger. The man was cited for juvenile alcohol possession. The woman was cited for breaking her required absolute sobriety. They were both released to a responsible party.

911 hangup — 911 dispatch received two 911 hangups from a residence in the 800 block of Birchwood Drive at 2:04 p.m. on Sunday. The family advised that their 8-year-old was threatening to start a fire and called 911 because his parents were yelling at him. He was counseled on hitting his parents and the dangers of threatening to start a fire.

Theft — Police received reports of license plates stolen off vehicles at McDonald’s, 840 Park Ave., around 2:40 p.m. on Sunday.

Accident — Police responded to an accident between two vehicles in the intersection of West Maple Avenue and North Center Street at 4:12 p.m. on Sunday. One driver received a citation for failing to stop at a red light.

Drugs — A woman found two capped syringes near the sidewalk in the 800 block of Madison Street at 6:04 p.m. on Sunday. The police department disposed of them.
