NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. — After facing LightWave Solar LLC as a competitor, Seal Energy Solutions CEO Josh Davenport knew he wanted the Tennessee solar installation company as an ally. So the North Little Rock energy company teamed up with LightWave, based outside Nashville, Tennessee, to go after larger solar power generation projects for Arkansas farmers, businesses and municipalities. PARAGOULD SLAYING — Police in northeast Arkansas say a woman is dead and a man is in custody following a shooting in Paragould.

AIRPORT-PARKING DECK — Northwest Arkansas Regional Airport has opened its $35 million covered parking deck. Airport officials in Bentonville say a ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held Wednesday.

FATAL STABBING-ARREST — Police say an Oklahoma woman wanted in connection with a fatal stabbing in Tulsa nearly a year ago has been arrested in central Arkansas.
