Cops nab accused peeper
BRIDGEPORT — A local teen was arrested after police said he was caught peeping in the window of an elderly disabled woman.
Jeremy Thompson, 18, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree stalking.
He was being held in lieu of $15,000 bond.
Police said Thompson scaled the fence of a Fairfield Avenue condominium complex, mounted the porch of an apartment and was peering into the woman’s window.
An off-duty Fairfield police officer spotted Thompson and gave chase but lost him. However, police said Thompson was recorded peering into the woman’s window by a surveillance camera.
