DeKalb County League of Women Voters hosts registration events Tuesday

DeKALB – The League of Women Voters of DeKalb County will help host several events Tuesday in observance of National Voter Registration Day.

Voters will be able to register from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the DeKalb Public Library, 309 Oak St.; 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Sycamore Public Library, 103 E. State St.; 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. at the Cortland Community Library, 63 S. Somonauk Road; and 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the northwest corner of First Street and Lincoln Highway in DeKalb.

Voters can also register at several Northern Illinois University DeKalb campus locations from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Commons near the Holmes Student Center, 340 Carroll Ave.; 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Neptune Central Dining Hall, 770 Lucinda Ave.; and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the New Hall Dining Hall, 1155 Lincoln Drive North.

NIU students who want to vote locally can change their address to their campus address.
