Elmer Earl Freckelton Jr.
Elmer Earl Freckelton Jr., known as “Earl,” 76, of Braidwod, passed away suddenly on Tuesday (Oct. 9, 2018) in Redwood City, Calif., as a result of natural causes.
Earl was the son of Elmer Earl Freckelton Sr. and Jean Freckleton.
With a master’s degree in education, his joys were teaching high school math and physics for more than 40 years, daily cooking dinners for his family and helping his wife, Gini, with her dental business. Earl became an Eagle Boy Scout and was a graduate of Reed-Custer High School.
On June 22, 1973, Earl was united in marriage to Virginia, in Northern California.
Surviving are his wife, Virginia “Gini” DDS; two daughters, Genevieve and Stephanya, both of California; one brother, Tim, and his wife, Sandy Freckelton, of Braidwood; and one aunt, Evelyn Kalec, also of Braidwood; along with numerous cousins.
Interment will be in Braidwood Oakwood Cemetery on Essex Road.
