EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. (AP) _ Amber Road Inc. (AMBR) on Tuesday reported a loss of $3.2 million in its second quarter.

The East Rutherford, New Jersey-based company said it had a loss of 12 cents per share. Losses, adjusted for stock option expense, came to 3 cents per share.

The software maker posted revenue of $21.1 million in the period.

For the current quarter ending in October, Amber Road expects its results to range from a loss of 5 cents per share to a loss of 3 cents per share.

The company expects full-year results to range from a loss of 19 cents per share to a loss of 12 cents per share.

Amber Road shares have climbed 19 percent since the beginning of the year. In the final minutes of trading on Tuesday, shares hit $8.75, an increase of 5 percent in the last 12 months.
