MEDICAL MARIJUANA

BISMARCK, N.D. _ North Dakota this week began issuing medical marijuana cards to patients and caregivers, more than two years after voters approved the drug. BISMARCK, N.D. _ A North Dakota lawmaker is introducing legislation to seek a new state logo — citing what he says is wide dissatisfaction with the new brand. Rep. EXCHANGE-DOWNTOWN MANDAN RECOVERY

MANDAN, N.D. _ City officials say Mandan is recovering after a diesel fuel spill. When Mandan embarked on its cleanup of hundreds of thousands of gallons of diesel fuel spilled from the BNSF Railway yard, there was a bleak outlook downtown, said Mayor Tim Helbling.
