ALASKA DIVIDEND APPLICATIONS

ANCHORAGE _ The Alaska Department of Revenue has shut down online applications for Alaska Permanent Fund dividends because of security concerns. SENT: 130 words. UPCOMING: 250 words by noon.

ANCHORAGE _ The list of people signed up to deliver invocations to the Kenai Peninsula Borough Assembly includes Christian pastors, atheists and a member of the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. SENT: 280 words.

_ MEDICAID FRAUD-SENTENCE _ FAIRBANKS _ A former personal care attendant has been sentenced to three years of probation for fraudulently billing more than $50,000 to Medicaid.

_ NEW YEAR’S SHOOTING _ A man was wounded in an early morning shooting at an Anchorage bar on New Year’s Day.
