Kurt Krueger: Flake and climate change
Just recently, the illustrious Jeff Flake goes to the microphone on his “goodbye” speech and says the Republicans need to take action on climate change. Just to make a couple distinctions, I will not be talking about “pollution”, I’m talking about “mankind causing the earth’s mean temperature to rise”, aka, anthropogenic warming and “climate change”. How Flake became a climate scientist just because he was elected to the senate is beyond me. If I remember right, his popularity is right up there with stomach cramps and toe fungus.
The alleged climate scientists are basing the earth’s warming on 65+ climate model computer programs. All of them are showing a continual rise in temperature. However, collected data (people going to remote weather stations and writing down weather information) is showing that the mean temperature has been steady for the last 15 years and that we may be going into global cooling due to a cycle of the sun (a periodic solar event known as a “grand minimum).
I’d also like to point out that the climate change hoax is all about money and power. Evidence? According to the Investor’s Business Daily (March 29, 2016), Ottmar Edenhofer, United Nations Climate official, said “One has to free oneself from the illusion that international climate policy is environmental policy. This has almost nothing to do with the environmental policy anymore, with problems such as deforestation or the ozone hole,” said Edenhofer, who co-chaired the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change working group on Mitigation of Climate Change from 2008 to 2015.
So what is climate change all about?
“We redistribute de facto the world’s wealth by climate policy,” said Edenhofer. Think about it, Jeff Flake wants us to have a carbon tax. Just where does that money go? Does anyone know? It is also reported by Investor’s Business Daily (Feb. 10, 2015) that Christina Figueres, executive secretary of U.N.’s Framework Convention on Climate Change has admitted that the whole purpose of “climate change” is to destroy capitalism. “This is the first time in the history of mankind that we are setting ourselves the task of intentionally, within a defined period of time, to change the economic development model that has been reigning for at least 150 years, since the Industrial Revolution,” she said. It has nothing to do with the “saving the planet from ecological calamity”.
But, this is old news. Why hasn’t this been reported by the MSM with the exception of FOX? Power and money. So, next time our stomach cramp of a senator says “the GOP should pass a carbon tax law”, ask Mr. Flake, “Senator, where does that money go and do you intend on taxing us for breathing”?
