OWENSBORO, Ky. _ A western Kentucky Catholic priest who was known as the unofficial chaplain of Rick Pitino’s basketball teams has been suspended on allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.
MONTPELIER, Vt. _ About 18 months after the Trump administration threatened to withhold law enforcement grants from nearly 30 places around the country it felt weren’t doing enough to work with federal immigration agents, all but one have received or been cleared to get the money, the Justice Department said.
LOUISVILLE, Ky. _A deadly mystery drug sickened hundreds of people in the summer of 2016, ripping a destructive path down Interstate 71 from Cincinnati to Louisville. Many collapsed, struggling to breathe. Doctors sprinted outside emergency rooms to cars, yanking out those left motionless and blue. They had mere minutes to prevent brain damage or death.
