WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Steven Antonio Marin, 40, was arrested Oct. 16 in the 2300 block of Balboa Drive on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Timothy Edwin Steiert, 49, was arrested Oct. 16 in the 2000 block of Swan Cove on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to pay fines. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — A 17-year-old girl was arrested Oct. 16 after she reportedly got into an argument with a roommate at a youth shelter home. She was booked on suspicion of assault (unwanted touch) and disorderly conduct and taken to the Mohave County Juvenile Detention Center in Kingman.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLHEAD CITY — Brian Lee Donathan, 40, was arrested Oct. 16 in the 400 block of Moser Avenue after he reportedly pulled his wife by the hair and assaulted her. Police said he yelled at and challenged to a fight someone who tried to intervene. Donathan was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and disorderly conduct per domestic violence and taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Anthony Clair Pardee, 44, was arrested Oct. 16 in the 400 block of Moser Avenue on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to comply with a court order. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT, BULLHEAD CITY — Destiny Ann Ohlemacher, 26, was arrested Oct. 18 after police responded to a report of a disorderly woman at Western Arizona Regional Medical Center. Police said she was yelling and cursing in the emergency room and disrupting the hospital staff’s ability to assist other patients. Ohlemacher was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct and held for court.

SUSPENDED LICENSE/WARRANT ARREST/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Sonja Jean Hale, 48, was arrested Oct. 18 after being pulled over at Talc Road and Alta Vista Road for having a cracked windshield. Officers reportedly found a meth pipe in her purse. Hale was arrested on suspicion of driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia, and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting and a misdemeanor post-adjudication warrant. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

SHOPLIFTING/WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Bennie Daniel Owens, 21, was arrested Oct. 18 after police were called to Famous Footwear, 3699 Highway 95, for a report of shoplifting in progress. Owens reportedly had just shoplifted from Famous Footwear and was headed to Kohl’s. Officers located him, police spokeswoman Emily Fromelt said, and recovered some stolen shoes. Owens was arrested on suspicion of shoplifting and on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for shoplifting. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DRUGS FOR SALE/MARIJUANA/DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, BULLHEAD CITY — Andy Osorio, 23, was arrested Oct. 18 near Harbor Drive and Artesia Drive after being contacted by an officer while reportedly riding a bicycle that did not have a headlight or a rear reflector. Fromelt said Osorio appeared to be very nervous while talking to the officer. During the contact, police reportedly found several individually wrapped baggies containing heroin in his backpack. The total weight of heroin was about 2.6 grams, Fromelt said, and officers learned that the baggies were intended for individual sale. Police also reportedly found about 1.6 grams of marijuana and numerous drug paraphernalia items, including a digital scale. Osorio was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of narcotic drugs, and possession of narcotic drugs for sale. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Carole Ann O’Brien, 71, was arrested Oct. 18 in the 600 block of Holly Street on an outstanding misdemeanor arrest warrant for failure to appear. She was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.

DOG AT LARGE/UNLICENSED DOG, BULLHEAD CITY — At about 8 a.m. Oct. 22, Bullhead City animal care and welfare officers picked up two dogs at large and brought them to the shelter. The dogs had tags and the owner’s info, Fromelt said. A few hours later, the dogs’ owner, Kristopher Arbuckle, 22, came into the shelter to claim them. He was cited thrice each for having a dog at large and having an unlicensed dog and released.

WARRANT ARREST, BULLHEAD CITY — Terry Lee Cooper, 52, was arrested Oct. 24 in the 2500 block of Highway 95 on an outstanding misdemeanor warrant for failure to appear. He was taken to the Mohave County Jail in Kingman.
