CSA approves insurance coverage
The Cambria Somerset Authority met Thursday; here is a recap of the group’s business:
• Renewed commercial and general liability insurance with Matson Insurance, of Brookville, for 2018 and 2019 at a rate of $31,477.
Approved workers’ compensation and employer’s liability insurance coverage with Housing and Redevelopment Insurance Exchange, of Scranton, for 2018 and 2019 at a rate of $34,582 and a fee of $3,105. The authority budgeted $45,000 for the insurance.
• Approved an auditing agreement with Kotzan CPA & Associates, of Johnstown, for 2018-2021 at a total rate of $33,700.
The CSA is accepting entries for the annual goose/duck blinds drawing at the Quemahoning Reservoir. The drawing will be held Sept. 6 at the CSA board meeting at the John Murtha Johnstown-Cambria County Airport. There are 12 blind locations available.
