JOHNSON CREEK -- The Wisconsin Department of Transportation is conducting a public involvement meeting to discuss multiple highway and bridge overlay projects along Interstate 94 in Dane and Jefferson counties.

The meeting is scheduled Dec. 17 from 4-6 p.m. at the Johnson Creek Community Center, 417 Union St., Johnson Creek. The meeting is being conducted in an open-house format and members of the public are encouraged to attend at their convenience. No formal presentation is scheduled.

The bridge improvements along I-94 in Dane County will include Ridge Road, Oak Park Road and County Highway O near Deerfield. The bridges along I-94 in Jefferson County include Chicago and North Western Railroad just west of the state Highway 26 interchange in Johnson Creek; the County Highway F interchange bridge near Concord and the Willow Glen Road bridge.
