MAYORAL TERM LIMITS
LINCOLN — The mayors of Nebraska’s two largest cities are uniting against a ballot measure that would retroactively impose term limits on Lincoln Mayor Chris Beutler, a Democrat, and prevent him from seeking a fourth term next year.
