Allison Keeler And Steve Steransky
St. Therese’s Church, Shavertown, was the setting Saturday for the wedding of Allison Keeler and Steve Steransky, both of Harding.
The bride is the daughter of Kenneth and Patricia Keeler, Scranton. The groom is the son of Steve and Mary Grace Steransky, Exeter.
The Rev. Jim Paisley officiated at the 1 p.m. ceremony.
Lindsay Keeler, Los Angeles, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Sarah Kate Huggler, Clarks Summit; Jaclyn Forlenza, Dupont; Bridget Yazinski, Throop; Taryn Emmett, Carbondale; and Stefania Sullivan, Harding, sister of the groom.
Sisilia Steransky, daughter of the groom, and Isabella Sullivan, niece of the groom, both of Harding, were flower girls.
Christopher Stecik, Avoca, was best man. Ushers were Michael Gitkos, Forty Fort; Jason Pilchesky, Moosic; Rich Rachkowski, Dallas; Chad Sullivan, Harding, brother-in-law of the groom; and Joshua Yakus, Wilkes-Barre, cousin of the groom.
C.J. Sullivan, Harding, nephew of the groom, was ring bearer.
A reception was held at Heartlake Lodge, Scott Twp.
The bride is a graduate of West Scranton High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in nursing from The Pennsylvania State University. She is a labor and delivery nurse at Moses Taylor Hospital, Scranton.
The groom is a graduate of Wyoming Area High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from The Pennsylvania State University. He is a Pennsylvania state trooper.
The couple will take a wedding trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico.
