Breaking and entering listed among HPD incident reports

HUNTINGTON — The following information was provided by police reports from the Huntington Police Department:

The Huntington Police Department listed 16 new incident reports in the 24-hour period ending at 3 p.m. Thursday, according to the printout released by the department. However, the individual police reports were not made available, so these are the only known details:

Breaking and entering auto, 3:10 a.m. Thursday, 1600 block of 7th Avenue.

Shoplifting — third offense, 4:15 a.m. Thursday, 700 block of 6th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, possession with intent/delivery of a controlled substance, 12:49 a.m. Thursday, 2900 block of 1st Avenue.

Petit larceny, breaking and entering, 10:15 p.m. Wednesday, 1300 block of 16th Street.

Information report, 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, West 5th Street and Jackson Avenue.

Paraphernalia, intoxicating substances, prohibited acts, 8:33 p.m. Wednesday, 1500 block of 6th Avenue.

Shoplifting — first and second offense, possession of a controlled substance, 2100 block of 8th Avenue.

Warrant service/execution, 6:24 p.m. Wednesday, 1800 block of Bungalow Avenue.

Burglary, entry of dwelling or outhouse, 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, 300 block of Rotary Road.

Disorderly conduct, 3:55 p.m. Wednesday, 13th Street and 3rd Avenue.

Paraphernalia, 6:55 p.m. Sept. 21, 10th Street and Veterans Memorial Boulevard.

Possession of marijuana, trespassing, 8:38 a.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of 4th Avenue.

Trespassi ng, 4:45 a.m. Wednesday, 1400 block of 4th Avenue.

Possession of a controlled substance, 4:06 a.m. Wednesday, Davis Street and 26th Street.

Warrant service/execution, fugitive from justice, 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, 1000 block of Washington Avenue.

Assault, 12:15 a.m. Wednesday, 3500 block of 3rd Avenue.

The following information was provided by booking records kept at Western Regional Jail:

Jarrett Roscoe Bailey, 35, was jailed at 4:50 a.m. Thursday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was not set.

Joseph Dre Moore, 39, was jailed at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with being a fugitive from justice. Bond was not set.

Calvin Lynn Young, 21, was jailed at 9 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Cabell County charged him with possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. Bond was $50,000 cash-only.

Joshua Ryan Snyder, 27, was jailed at 10:45 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County charged him with third-offense shoplifting, trespassing and possession of meth. Bond was not set.

Michael David Womack, 34, was jailed at 8:10 p.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Putnam County jailed him on a bond violation. Bond was not set.

Ian Collier, 34, was jailed at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday. Authorities in Wayne County jailed him on an active warrant. Bond was not set.
