Pittsburgh man accused of sexually assaulting Penn Hills girl
A Pittsburgh man has been arrested for assaulting a Penn Hills girl.
Ronny Bartolon-Yanez, 34, of East End Avenue was charged with indecent assault, endangering the welfare of children, corruption of minors and unlawful contact with a minor.
Penn Hills police filed the charges Aug. 13. They were held for court by Penn Hills District Judge Anthony DeLuca at a preliminary hearing Oct. 22.
Bartolon-Yanez is accused of inappropriately touching the girl, now 13, on numerous occasions at a home in Penn Hills.
Online court documents indicate Bartolon-Yanez remains in Allegheny County Jail unable to post a $25,000 bond.
His formal arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 13.
