MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (AP) _ Shalonda Enis scored 30 points and Brittney Ezell added 14 as No. 20 Alabama raced past Jackson State 92-62 Friday night in the opening round of the Lady Raider Classic at Middle Tennessee State University.

Alabama (5-1) advances to Saturday’s final round against the winner of Friday’s late game between Middle Tennessee State and Belmont University.

Jackson State (3-1) will meet the loser.

Alabama put Jackson State away early, using a 25-5 run to push a 7-4 lead to a 32-9 advantage.

Dominique Canty started the run with a jumper with 17:46 left in the half. Latrish Jones hit a pair of free throws with 11:46 left in the half to push the Crimson Tide margin to 32-9. During the run, Ezell hit three 3-point shots.

From that point, Jackson State was unable to pull closer than 15 points.

Tonya Norment paced the Lady Tigers with 21 points and Rosalynn Spann added 14.
